Join Fenxiang, TOP Swop, and CREME for a 3-day fashion event promoting swapping, renting, and buying pre-loved fashion. The event focuses on mindful wardrobe management and includes a Q&A with community ambassadors and a workshop with fashion experts.

HOT DESK:

Banyan Workplace has generously offered the community an opportunity to work and lurk at the swop event to discover those special finds. Please RSVP for a hot desk at the event along with your swop ticket, and our team will contact you to confirm your arrival time.

SWOPPING STEPS:

1. Clean out your wardrobe, including clothes, shoes, hats, and bags.

2. Bring up to 10 items to exchange at the event.

3. We will assess the quality and give you tokens for the items we accept to swap.

4. You'll receive 1 token per eligible item.

5. Any rejected items can be kept or donated on your behalf to the Refugee Union.

6. Browse items to take home, and you can take home as many items as you have tokens.

*TOKENS:

Keep track of your tokens in your TOP Swop Club account and use them at our events.

OUR SWOPPING GUIDE:

- Condition: Ensure items are in good condition with no tears or stains.

- Cleanliness: Make sure items are clean and ready for someone else to enjoy.

- Style: Bring current, stylish pieces that someone else will love to wear.

We offer 25% cashback on the resale value of high-quality items.

TRADE:

Get 50% TOP Credit on the value of your items, which can be used at our pop-up events or online.

OUR SELLING GUIDE:

1. Bring in your clothes and we'll calculate their value.

2. Receive cash or TOP Credit, or choose to keep your items. We also offer the option to donate items on your behalf to our TOP Swop or to the Refugee Union.

3. Accepted items must be of high quality, purchased for over 1000HKD, unique, or vintage. Fast fashion brands will not be accepted.

4. For accepted items, you can get 50% TOP Credit for the item's value or 25% in cash.

5. If you choose to accept the TOP Credit, we will load the amount onto your TOP Swop Club profile.

You can use TOP Credit to purchase items from our special TOP Trade rack at pop-up events.
