HOW IT WORKS

We have strict criteria for acceptance, ensuring only quality items make the cut. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of items in our exchange. Moving forward, we'll be taking a closer look at items before accepting them. This means we'll not only be checking for holes and stains but also use our discretion to ensure the items fit for the exchange. We hope this helps make the TOP Swop experience even better for everyone!

We accept:

Items for all genders
Tops (shirts, jumpers, coats, jackets, vests)
Bottoms (pants, jeans, shorts, skirts)
Dresses
Accessories (shoes, belts, hats, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, bags)

Any remaining items after our events are donated to the Refugee Union.

the top swop rules

SWOPPING STEPS:

Select up to 10 good-quality pieces from your wardrobe that you’re happy to swop (clothes, shoes, hats, or bags).
Check in at the event. We’ll quickly review your items to make sure they’re clean and in good condition.
For each accepted item, you’ll receive 1 token.*
If an item isn’t accepted, you’ll need to take it back. We can’t accept anything stained, damaged, or unwashed, even for donation.
Use your tokens to exchange any items you like on the racks — choose 1 item for each token.
If you don’t find anything you love, your tokens will stay on your account for the next event.
Any unclaimed items at the end of the event will be donated to charity.
